Lionel Messi 60 Goals in 2011-12
Messi has hit 60 goals in 48 games at a strike rate of 1.2
smashing last season’s total of 53. He is now going to break the record of Gerd
Muller. Gerd Muller had scored 67 goals in 1972/72 season for Bayern Munich.
Messi has plenty of time to reach the German’s total with 11 games remaining.
Christiano Ronaldo is far more behind of him to reach the record.

is an Argentine footballer who plays in La Liga for FC Barcelona and captains
the Aargentina National Team, mainly as a forward.
He was born
in Rosario, Santa Fe Province in 24 June, 1987. He was born to parents Jorge
Horacio Messi, a factory steel worker, and Celia Maria Cuccittini, a part time
cleaner.

21, Messi received Ballon d’Or and FIFA World Player of the Year nominations
and won the both in 2009, and won the inaugural FIFA Ballon d’Or in 2010 and
