The 24-year-old Tihana Nemcic has taken over the reins at fifth division side NK Viktorija Vojakovac. Nemcic is fully committed to the role despite her part-time gig as a model.
Nemcic played for Dinamo Zagreb’s women’s team and the Croatia national side and was among the 15 finalists for Croatia’s Miss Sport in 2008
In a interview with 24 Sata, Tihana said, "If a woman and a man have the same professional qualifications for a coaching job, I see no reason why I should not get into male football."

"I am the head coach and I have full liberty to create and plan the team's tactics," Nemcic said.
